Phil has extensive experience in logistics, marketing and technical sales. Involved from the startup of Chiefs, Phil has done almost every job in the company and now puts all that knowledge to good use in educating customers and staff alike in the strengths and subtleties of touchless cleaning, and the efficiencies it brings to cleaning operations. Phil looks after the Authorised Dealer network throughout the country and can be called upon to answer most questions.
Alan joined the company shortly after the startup and like Phil, has done most jobs at Chiefs. He now calls upon years of business management experience in IT and Visual Communications to organise the running of the operation from head office. Although primarily responsible for the inventory, website and ancillary software, Alan can be called upon to answer technical questions on most aspects of the business.
Kylie manages our client support function after three years of company experience in sales, logistics and customer liaison. Prior to arriving at Chiefs, her previous roles in administration, human resources and customer service, equipped her well for the challenges she encountered in our business. Her acquired knowledge of this industry, combined with her professionalism, position her well to manage our client support.
Renee joined us in early 2019 to manage our growing warehouse and logistics activities. Her wealth of previous experience in these areas has proven to be of immense value to our business and taken it to another level. With additional experience in administration and accounts, Renee brings a knowledge base to the team we hold in high esteem.
Matt joined Chiefs in 2019 after a number of years as a technician, predominately in the refrigeration industry. His work required him to work directly with private and business customers, where he gained valuable customer service and sales experience. After initially taking over our technical support function, Matt progressed quickly to a sales role, looking after Queensland and Northern NSW.
Matt’s technical knowledge is impressive and he’s available for support, if required.
David manages our Victorian, Tasmanian and South Australian sales operation. He came to us with extensive experience in sales and business development within the manufacturing industry and has adapted quickly to our business. His skills in relationship management and distribution channels are invaluable within our dealer network. David can be called at any time for assistance.
John Dale has been with Chiefs since May of 2021, as our sales representative for New South Wales and the ACT.
John’s considerable experience in the service industry, followed by time in the role as a Business Development Manager for a national contracting business, prepared him well for the versatility required to meet the needs of Chiefs customers. His confidence, problem solving ability and friendly manner are a perfect fit for the culture at Chiefs.
Jonathan came on board in 2020 as the demands on our warehousing, logistics and technical support grew to a new level. Jonathan’s experience in store management and his ‘can do’ attitude, fit perfectly into our operation and culture. His increasing knowledge of our industry and the business of our customers is already adding value to our team.
Steve has a background in construction and more recently, agriculture. In association with Harry Kemp, he had the vision to create the Chiefs brand and to bring touchless cleaning to the transport and agricultural space. His in depth knowledge of pressure cleaners, Suttner hardware and touchless cleaning chemicals help him guide and inspire the team.
